- Step 1: Contact our Customer Support team via email (support@naturefit.com) before the order has been processed/shipped by the seller.
- Step 2: Provide us with your order ID details and your request to cancel the order or items in your order.
- Step 3: Once you’re done, we’ll verify and send you an acknowledgement of the cancellation. Remember, you won’t be able to cancel an order after it has been processed by the brand/seller.
