Due to its breast purification property, it is used during postpartum care to avoid indigestion to the child. BALA Scientifically known as (Sida cordifolia). One of the main ingredient in many of the ayurvedic formulation and mainly used in vataja disorder. Also useful in pregnancy to make milk decoction for easy delivery . Country Mallow is a revered herb in Ayurveda, known to balance all the doshas (bodily humours that makeup one's constitution). It is a health tonic with rejuvenating, anti-inflammatory, libido-enhancing and fat-burning properties. DARUHARIDRA :(Berberis aristata) Also known as haldi, this vibrant yellow coloured spice checks the worsening of pitta doshas like jaundice. The powerful anti-inflammatory and antiseptic properties of turmeric help in evading infections and treats various skin conditions. Tree Turmeric is a revered herb in Ayurvedic medicine. Possessing antibacterial, anti-inflammatory, antipyretic and antiseptic properties, the herb is used as a cholagogue, stomachic, laxative and diaphoretic. VILVA-Vilwa, also called as (Aegle marmelos) . The Bael tree or Bilva (in Sanskrit) is an ancient Ayurvedic tree known for its spiritual and medicinal importance. It is one of the Dashamoola (group of ten roots) herb. Belpatra is said to have anti-inflammatory properties and can be applied on any inflamed region for quick relief. Bael is said to have anti-fungal and anti-viral properties, due to which it is used in treating a number of infections in our body. HARIDRA-Haridra, also called known as (Curcuma longa). The anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties of Haridra assist in preventing the progression of diabetes-related changes in organs like the kidneys, retina, nerve cells and minute blood vessels in the body. Turmeric is a vital herb in Ayurvedic medicine, whose spice form can be recognized by its dazzling, yellow colour. The root of the herb, used either fresh or dried, has a host of medicinal benefits. It acts as a carminative and also enhances the complexion and skin tone. In addition, Turmeric can be used to combat liver damage, respiratory disorders and ulcers. RAKTACHANDANA (Pterocarpus santalinus)-Red sandalwood is a tree. The wood at the centre of the trunk (heartwood) is used as medicine. Red sandalwood is used for treating digestive tract problems, fluid retention, and coughs; and for “blood purification.” CHANDANA(Santcalum album)-Sandalwood or Svetchandan is also known as Srigandha as per Ayurveda. It is one of the oldest and most precious sources of natural fragrance with immense medicinal and commercial significance. Sandalwood oil has various benefits for the skin. Topical application of sandalwood oil on the face helps promote skin cell growth. Generally, it is considered as the best remedy for headaches when applied in the form of paste or oil. LAKSHMANA (Ipomoea sepiaria) is a highly potent Ayurvedic herb mainly used to cure infertility in women. It is also considered as an aphrodisiac, rejuvenates the body, improves strength, act as a uterine tonic and helps to conceive. It balances all three Vata, Pitta and Kapha dosha. It is used in pumsavana karma.
